Longfellow Grist Mill, Sudbury

This weekend was a blowout .. with a forecast of showers throughout the weekend.
We were planning to go biking or canoing but had to change it last min as taking a chance against 60% chance of showers was not thought of as wise.
Ended up having a lazy Saturday and headed out to Sudbury for a very short late afternoon trip.

A beautiful setting. Valley floor behind, a lake at an elevated location, chairs facing the sunset .. Bliss.

A bit if a disappointment, too much shrubbery obstructing the view of the Valley Floor below.

A downstream view of the entire falls. The green water looked very inviting.
